Once it was the donkey that turned the millstone in the olive mill: Asino is our tribute to that old helper. It is a monocultivar Itrana extra virgin olive oil, 100% Italian: made from olives grown and harvested in Italy, processed only by mechanical means to preserve their identity and character.
