Our story
From father to son, the same passion.
The De Carolis story begins in the 1950s, in a garage on Via della Stazione in Cisterna di Latina. That is where a family's project took shape: bringing good, honest olive oil to everyday tables.
Three generations have shaped this journey, combining know-how with new ideas, new products and new markets. From that first garage to international trade fairs, the passion for this work remains a family legacy.
